The Spinclear WR has 7 stages of treating the wash water as follows:

• Removal of larger debris via trash screen at the inlet of the equipment. This screen contains a special bag that can be cleaned or disposed when full.
• Removal of insoluble oil, grease and wax via oil separating hydrocyclone/s. (centrifuges “light” particles from water).
• Removal of insoluble “heavy” particles via heavy solids separating hydrocyclone/s (centrifuges “heavy” particles from water).
• Oxygenation of wash water via vigorous aeration of the water. High dissolved oxygen levels in water inhibits bacteria growth and thus minimizes the smell they produce.
• Removal of insoluble “neutral” particles such as organic matter via flotation within FOS tank (foam separation).
• Further minimizing growth of bacteria by allowing much smaller collection pits to be used, ie not allowing stagnant water to collect.
• Further minimizing growth of bacteria by regular circulation of cleaned and oxygenated water through the holding tank and pits even if wash equipment not used.
