The core of the Spinclear protector is a pliable tube membrane that transmits process pressure variation to the pressure instrument whilst keeping process fluid out of contact with the instrument. The construction allows for online flushing of the tube membrane in the event of the section cloging with solids, fat or the like.

Our construction ensures greater accuracy and reliability for pressure instruments if they were to stand alone and compared to other pressure guard arrangements such as a diaphragm. This is due to solids, fats and the like clogging the diaphragm and needing constant maintenance. The Spinclear Gauge Protector design allows for easy flushing of the tube membrane in the event of any clogging, which is less likely.

This flushing arrangement can be combined as sample point tapping.

Spinclear Gauge Protectors can be set up on site with ease, with the option of using water, glycerine or silicon as the membrane fluid.

Typical applications would be in industrial effluent, municipal effluent, food processing, mining etc.
